Top 5 by 2025
Our industry and society at large is undergoing such immense social change that it’s imperative we constantly review our policies to evolve with the times.
In line with this, 2020 saw us shine a greater spotlight on Diversity & Inclusion and Social Value than ever before. Our work in this area saw us appear in key publications and receive nominations for major awards.
To kick-start 2021, we have launched our ‘Top 5 by 2025’ – a series of initiatives, promises and pledges we are committed to delivering over the next four years.
The full ‘Top 5 By 2025’ initiative is as follows:
- Increase workforce diversity by 25% by 2025
- Launch of a Diversity & Inclusion training and assessment scheme
- Quarterly Diversity and Inclusion focused events arranged by Fortel
- Creation of a Diversity & Inclusion Steering Group
- Work Placement initiative for people from underrepresented demographic groups
